Indigo Rising Holistic Healing and Wellness Center is located in Glendale, California.
Our mission is to help individuals in our community to heal holistically and to educate the public about holistic healing modalities. We offer a variety of services, classes, and special events for anyone interested in healing themselves and/or learning about holistic healing practices.
We strive to assist adults, teens and children to embrace their spirit, recognize their strengths, overcome challenges and balance their energy to bring harmony to their life. We embrace all faiths and belief systems in our integrated approach to holistic healing. Aimee R. Shea, M.A., CCHt
Aimee fuses her gift of insight with her training in education and mental health to help holistically treat her clients . She integrates energy healing, hypnotherapy, counseling, and intuitive guidance to create an individual experience with each person she works with. Aimee is a national board certified teacher, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Angel Therapy Practitioner®, Reiki Practitioner and Integrated Energy Therapy Practitioner. She has also been trained in Past Life Regression Therapy and Crystal Therapy.
She holds a Master's Degree in Education from NOVA Southeastern University and is currently working toward her doctoral degree in Depth Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute. She was recently recognized as a 2006 Who' s Who of America’s Teachers. Since 1998 she has written curriculum, taught classes, led trainings and tutored students with learning disabilities and special gifts. She has completed extensive graduate level educational research and implemented several innovative programs engaging children and helping them tap into their creativity in and out of the classroom.
Aimee currently practices in Los Angeles, California as an intuitive counselor and energy healer and travels nationally to teach classes and guided meditations. Aimee has written and narrated a line of meditation CDs and publishes articles on healing monthly. Her goal is to bring an awareness of holistic health practices to mainstream society through bringing together the traditional methods of healing with alternative practices.

Kory Seaton
Intuitive since birth, Kory’s journey with healing has been an ongoing process since childhood. After the death of her beloved mother to Breast Cancer, she was determined to find ways to keep herself and her loved ones healthy, knowing it was easier to maintain health than to take away disease. Although Kory has been practicing energy work for 15 years, her formal Reiki training began in 2002 under the guidance of Reiki Master Teacher Merel Sunde-Marschall. She continued her training with Merel until she herself reached the level of Reiki Master Teacher in the spring of 2004. Kory also has training from Touch Therapy Institute in Crystal Healing, Color Therapy and Clinical Aromatherapy. In addition to her healing practice, she actively educates and empowers Indigo Children, their parents and the community at large; as she herself is the parent of an Indigo teen, her greatest joy. Kory is a gourmet Raw food chef mentored by Lou Corona, one of the top 5 Holistic Educators in the United States in Nutrition and Enzyme Therapy. Kory looks forward to serving this community with love and light and is excited to be joining the Indigo Rising team.
A session with Kory is unique every time and is tailored to each persons needs. Kory incorporates Aromatherapy, Crystals, Color Therapy and Healing Music into each Reiki session.

Kimberly Kincses-Schulz
Kimberly is a skilled yoga teacher and reiki master with more than 15 years of healing experience. The use of crystals, Tibetan healing bowls, angel cards, and aromatherapy are a few of the tools she uses to help unblock emotional and physical imbalances. Kim believes strongly in the practice of naturalism, and strives to encourage incorporating the basics of the simple yet effective principles of healthy living. While also qualified in EFT, nutrition, prenatal & restorative yoga, and healing attunements, her greatest pleasure comes from helping others reach their full potential of whole being. Her belief is that people seeking freedom often come for one reason, and stay for another.

Mary Torres
Born with scoliosis, Mary learned the incredible healing benefits of Massage Therapy from an early age. After graduating from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts, she went on to accumulate around 1000 hours in Massage Training from Kali Institute for Massage and Somatic Therapies. She has been successfully self-employed in Southern California for the last seven years in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuro-Structural Bodywork, Shiatsu, Cranio-Sacral, Reflexology, Barefoot Basics, Integrative Breathwork, Life Coaching, and Health and Nutrition Coaching. Mary also hosts her own relationship and health talk show where she inspires others to take their body and relationships to the next healthy happy level.

Richard Levine, M.A., M.F.T. (Lic. #MFC 20200)
Richard is a licensed psychotherapist who integrates both traditional therapeutic approaches with alternative healing traditions to support clients in claiming their joy and following their passion in order to reach their fullest potential.
Richard combines his formal education and clinical counseling experience with Reichian Breathing, Reiki, Guided Imagery, Meditative/Contemplative Practices and Therapeutic Hypnosis in order to awaken each client’s inner heart so they can live a fully authentic, purposeful life that is rooted in inner peace.
Richard holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from Temple University (where he graduated summa cum laude) and a license as a Marriage & Family Therapist. He is a clinical member of the California Association of Marriage & Family Therapists and also holds a lifetime credential as a California Community College Psychology Instructor.
Richard is currently in private practice as a Psychotherapist in the Eagle Rock area of Southern California and is pleased to be affiliated with Indigo Rising. His deepest desire is to help facilitate the end of personal suffering and to support the spiritual awakening of all Beings.

Mari Trefry, C.Ht.
Mari listens intently to her clients to help discover the answers within. She integrates Hypnotherapy, and Guided Imagery/Meditation with Horticultural Therapy to create an environment suitable for planting seeds of change in the subconscious mind. Mari is a Graduate of Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Tarzana, CA . She a Certified Hypnotherapist, and Therapeutic Imagery Facilitator. She is also a certified member of the Hypnotherapists Union Local 472. Mari holds certifications in Hypnosis for Weight Loss, Hypnosis for Smoking Cessation, and Handwriting Analysis. She has the ongoing pleasure to continue her education as a member of the American Hypnosis Association, attending their many workshops, lectures and classes. Mari also creates Horticulturally Therapeutic environments with her "Living Art Installations" for private and commercial spaces using plants, moss and other natural materials with her eco-friendly company, Halcyon Daisies. Mari currently practices in Los Angeles, CA as a hypnotherapist, and has developed special programs that incorporate her past experience as a wedding production designer, stage manager, and eco-friendly floral designer. Fariba Nicholas
Fariba is a gifted Energy and Body Work healer. She is a practitioner of several healing systems, including Reiki, IET and EFT, as well as Deep-tissue massage therapy. As Fariba is also a Certified Kundalini Yoga instructor, the techniques she works with are diverse, and universal. People see her for a variety of reasons, from self-pampering & simple relaxation, to sessions that use systems designed to assist in healing various illnesses. Ellen is a trained pranic healer. The founder of Pranic Healing, Master Choa Kok Sui performed a miraculous healing on her during a training class that was the best experience of her life in which she was cured from asthma. She has been practicing Pranic Healing for 15 years. Ellen has been trained in Basic through Advanced Pranic Healing, Pranic Psychotherapy, Pranic Crystal Healing, Pranic Psychic Self-Defense, Arhatic Yoga , Kriyashakti –Pranic Prosperity, Pranic Feng Shui.
