You are led into a state where your body and mind are relaxed and nearly asleep. Also awake will be those parts of your mind which we are working with to induce the changes desired. Each Hypnotherapy session is preceded by a complementary initial meeting. We explain the process to you in depth and identify the areas you would like to work on. We create customized sessions for each client - this means that no two individuals will recieve exactly the same session. Instead, we develop the hypnotherapy session based on your specific situation.
