Modern Meditation Groups
Meditation is an essential part of any spiritual practice.
It can bring you clarity, insight, balance and harmony. However, many of us have old ideas about meditating. Cultivating a meditation practice is an essential part of stepping into a full awareness of who we are. It is within our meditation time that we learn to listen and tune in to the spiritual context within which we live our lives.
Our groups are unique experiences designed to introduce you to modern meditation practices that can fit into the schedule of our busy lives today!
The group is open to those individuals looking to bring a new depth to their meditation practice and to beginners just curious about the experience. We welcome all levels of spiritual seekers!
Each month, we lead the circle through a wide variety of spiritual experiences. Our purpose is to allow each member of the group to experience a healing while within our circle and for each person to walk away with an experience and tools to bring more clarity on their spiritual journey.
The monthly groups will also include discussions of spiritual practices for everyday life. Come and experience a non-denominational and multicultural mix of simple and effective meditation tools, techniques and
practices to bring meditation into many different parts of your day.
